How vehicle booking works

  1. Open the vehicle booking calendar.
  2. Pick an available start and end date.
  3. Submit your contact details — the reservation is confirmed on submit and those dates become unavailable.
  4. We follow up to finalize rates and pickup details.
  5. At pickup: present your license and proof of insurance, pay the deposit, and complete the walk-around inspection.

Pickup & delivery: Pickup info will be provided at time of booking. We can also bring the vehicle to your location (airport, etc.) for a fee based on vehicle class, quoted at booking. Details

Weekly Special

Rent 5 days, get 7!

Pay for five days and keep the vehicle a full week. It's due back seven days after pickup, at the same time you picked it up (for example, pick up Monday at 10 AM and return the next Monday at 10 AM).

Rental Rules & Requirements

  1. Minimum age 25. Renters 21–24 may rent with an underage fee and a parent or legal guardian signature.
  2. $200 refundable security deposit (varies by vehicle).
  3. Full-coverage personal auto insurance (collision & comprehensive, transferable to rentals); minimum liability 100/300/100, or 300/500/300 for high-end rentals.
  4. Signed walk-around damage inspection at pickup and return; deposit applies to damage, and amounts over the deposit/deductible are billed to the renter's insurance.
  5. Full-size SUVs (incl. the Nissan Armada): 100 miles/day max included, $0.45/mile overage; above full-size premium SUV class, mileage and overage vary by vehicle. Optional unlimited-mileage add-on where offered.
  6. Valid license plus second ID; additional drivers must be listed and meet the same requirements.
  7. Same fuel level at return (or market price + $25 fee); 59-minute late grace, then hourly, full day after 3 hours.
  8. No smoking/vaping ($250); cleaning fee $75–$150; pets with approval. Tolls/tickets billed to renter + $25 admin fee each.
  9. Continental U.S. only; no rideshare/delivery, Turo, off-roading or racing. Towing with approval only.
  10. Free cancellation 48+ hours before pickup; otherwise, or for a no-show, one day's rate.

What Counts as Damage

Everyday use is expected. Here is how we tell the difference between normal wear and damage you'd be responsible for.

Normal wear (not charged)

Light swirl marks, tiny chips in the paint, small door dings under about 2 inches, and floor mats that are simply dirty.

Body: dents & scratches

Any dent or scratch bigger than about 2 inches across, any scratch that goes through the paint, and any crack, hole or tear in a bumper or panel.

Glass & mirrors

Any crack in a window or windshield, chips that spread or sit in the driver's view, and broken or cracked mirrors.

Wheels & tires

Curb scrapes that gouge a rim, bent wheels, and tires with cuts, bulges or punctures caused during the rental.

Interior

Stains that need more than a normal vacuum and wipe-down, burns, and rips or tears in seats, carpet or the headliner.

Smoking & odors

No smoking or vaping. Smoke, heavy pet or other strong odors that require a deep clean are treated as damage.

Missing items

Keys or key fobs, floor mats, cables, the cargo cover, hitch parts, or anything else that came with the vehicle.

Protect yourself

Walk around the vehicle and take photos at pickup and at return so its condition is on record.
